What each person can do to better their physical body, their spiritual body and their mind?

The Mind: A very important aspect of wellness, works together with the spiritual and emotional you. What happens to one aspect can affect
all the other aspects of wellness.

An interesting conversation came out "Creativity and Aging", creativity a tonic for longevity and a better brain.

Using words that describe a nurturing environment. And write a separate list of words that describe a toxic environment.
|
Each participant shared better ways to nurture the intellectual, vocational and psychosocial aspects of whole-person-wellness for elders.

Meaningful interactive conversations about good nutrition, visualization therapy, meaningful
social networks, breathing life and
the healing power of thoughts.

Participants formed groups to assume personalities in a role-play about forgiveness, overcoming guilt and anger.
|
Our elders speak out about using tools for inner growth, such as meditation, journal wiriting, prayers, expressive arts and more... Each elder learned how to work with "The Journal For A Better Life."
