Wellness Seminar - The Body.
A very interactive and meaningful program designed to help elders describe in their own words the importance of health and wellness in their lives.
Introducing the Journal For A Better Life, and how meaningful is to work with a journal developing and nurturing our own better ways toward wellness. Each elder is able to examine their own life style and health; design individual and better ways to obtain better physical activity, nutrition, emotional and meaningful social relations, spiritual foundations and other very important aspects of healthy living. One of our major accomplishments was to hear elders recognize the importance of taking responsibility for their own health by testing and integrating better ways... some of their suggestions were very meaningful and simple to do.
