The importance of community integration, better communication and knowledge of safety regulations were the focal points of this meaningful inservice. Developing and nurturing an ongoing model of HOME lifestyle, where all its members care and look after each other.

Disaster preparedness, better communication skills, prevention, education and government regulations were also discussed.

Coping with fear and anxiety... how fear works? how can a person function in spite of being afraid? how to promote feelings of safety?

Appropriate emergency planning for older and disabled people was a very important component of this meaningful program.
