Better ways to invest our 'life energy' for our well-being and the wellness of our community. All participants shared their own views and better ways to detoxify the mind, replace unhealthy beliefs and ways, inspiring and fulfilling occupations for the betterment of the individual, the environment and the world.

The program was very interactive, we all learned a lot from each other... Community integration and synergy was also a very interactive topic and enjoyed by all.
