The Journal For A Better Life helps center on the integration, balance and harmony of the mind, body and spirit. The soul's health, the spirit expresses itself through the physical body. The health of our soul takes attention, dedication and cultivation. But how to combine and merge effectively these concepts and principles among our hispanic elders and caregivers to better their quality of life?
Healing requires of us some inward change for the better. We also explored the Listening For A Better Quality of Life research study among latino elders.
