An awakening... a public dialog among elders and caregivers about the genuine WEL SCIENCE-EDUCATION and BETTER PRACTICES about healthier life-styles and longevity interventions. Beyond masking age changes... what can you do today to nurture your health, normal physiological processes, quality of life vs. quantity of life? Is aging a result of the neglect of evolutionary and biological integrity? If so, what can you do to co-create and influence; the natural ability of the body for self-repair, healthier cell functioning, better breathing, and reduction of oxydative stress and inflamation.
